Real Time Control Protocol

RTCP provides out-of-band control information for an RTP flow. In particular, Receiver Reports include reception quality indications.

Basic RTCP is specified in the RTP RFC (RFC 3550). RTCP XR (Extended Reports) are defined in RFC 3611.
